Welfare

At the James Charities, we want all residents to live happily and harmoniously and we work hard to ensure this. As we are a small charity, residents know the Manager and CEO and have easy access to them. The Chair also visits regularly and is approachable. This means most issues are dealt with through a friendly conversation.

The James Charities is also regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RoSH). Any complaints must be handled and recorded according to regulations, with the Housing
Ombudsman becoming involved if a complaint cannot be resolved internally.
