Our accommodation consists of 13 one-bedroom flats suitable for single people or couples. We have a further eight studio and ten one-bedroom flats suitable for one person.

We encourage applications from single people and couples aged 55 and over.

Properties are on the ground floor and the first floor, accessible by stairs. The site is not designed for mobility scooters; few flats have step-free access and there is no space inside to manoeuvre a scooter safely. Scooters can only be kept, stored and charged by residents onsite in exceptional circumstances and with the express prior permission of the Directors.
